Issuance service details
| Eligibility |
- All registered residents who possess an Individual Number (My Number) card (those who are under 15 years old and adult wards are excluded). If you do not possess your Individual Number (My Number) card, please apply for issuance.
- Note: An Individual Number (My Number) card is necessary to use this service.
- Note: To use this service, please ensure that the digital certificate for user identification is registered in your Individual Number (My Number) card (with 4 digits PIN) in advance.
- Note: This service is not available with Basic Resident Registration card, seal registration certificate, Tokushima Citizen card or Individual Number (My Number) notification card (paper card).

- Any convenience stores equipped with multi-functional copy machines (multi-purpose terminals) in Japan such as Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, AEON RETAIL (with exceptions), and Mini Stop.

- From 6:30 am until 11:00 pm (for issuance of resident record and seal registration certificate)
- Note: Closed during the New Year’s period (Dec. 29th to Jan. 3rd).
- Note: Service may be stopped temporarily for machine maintenance, etc.
